These terms govern your use of itsmoveo.uk and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are. The site is operated by Rafael Jiménez Izquierdo, trading as Moveo, Calle Doctor Fleming nº4, 2º2, 14520 Fernán Núñez, Córdoba, Spain, rafael@itsmoveo.uk.

2. Products. We sell resistance bands and related fitness accessories. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly. Our products contain natural latex and are not medical devices — they do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always train within your ability and stop if you feel pain.

3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We take payment at checkout through our payment providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep prices accurate; if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before dispatch.

5. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your right to cancel and returns. See our Returns & Refunds Policy, which sets out your statutory 14-day cancellation right and our voluntary 90-day guarantee.

7. Health notice. If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery or have any medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using resistance bands. Do not use the bands if you have a latex allergy.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Moveo name, logo, text, images and the Injury-Free Blueprint eBook — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse of the product or for training beyond your ability.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and if you are a consumer resident in the UK you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent UK courts.
