We want you to be happy with your Moveo kit. You have both your statutory rights and our extra 90-day guarantee.

Your 14-day right to cancel (statutory). Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, email rafael@itsmoveo.uk with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you've sent them). You are responsible for the cost of return postage on a change-of-mind cancellation.

Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee (voluntary, on top of your legal rights). If within 90 days of delivery you don't feel Moveo is helping you train, contact us for a full refund of the product price. The free Injury-Free Blueprint eBook is yours to keep either way.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within a reasonable time with a photo and your order number — we'll cover return costs and put it right.

How to return.

1. Email rafael@itsmoveo.uk with your order number and reason.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back in reasonable condition (used for testing is fine).
4. We refund to your original payment method once received.

Hygiene note. For health and hygiene reasons we may be unable to resell returned bands, but this does not affect your legal right to return them.
