Where we ship. We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Cost. Free UK shipping on every order.

Dispatch time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimate. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; occasional delays (couriers, peak periods, customs) can happen and are outside our control.

Your eBook arrives instantly. The Injury-Free Blueprint eBook is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed, so you can start training the same day — even before your bands arrive.

Order issues. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, email rafael@itsmoveo.uk with your order number and we'll help sort it out.

Wrong address. Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
